Table-Tracker professional from LRS is a patented table tracking solution. There is no easier way for runners to locate a table and deliver food quicker.
The tracker unit identifies the exact table it is placed on and wirelessly notifies the system through a mesh network of that exact location. No more cold food delivered because the server knows exactly where the customer is seated. Table Tracker physically is similar to a CD in size and is less than 13mm thick. There is nothing on the table top to take up space or look out of place because table tracker uses RFID tags installed under the table. In fact, the sensors aren’t visible to your guests at all. And our table tracker does not need to be 'banged' on the table to make it work (as some other systems have to).
How it works: Handing the tracker to a customer sends a 'start' signal to the touch screen display which shows and confirms the order number. When the customer chooses a table they simply place the tracker unit on the table. The tracker then identifies the exact table and adds that information to the screen. Servers then know exactly where to deliver piping hot food.
The way you can remove an order number from the touch screen is by returning the Table Tracker. If the tracker is not returned, the manager is notified swiftly. The table tracker system can generate full reporting of all inventory.
Delivering food quickly and at the correct temperature is essential to the success of any restaurant. With Table Tracker, online reports are available to show these delivery times. Reports can be accessed by managers or the corporate office and even consolidated. Data mining is simple.

Table-Tracker basic from LRS is a patented table tracking solution for clients that want to reduce the cost of table location systems. There is no easier way for runners to locate a table and deliver food quicker.
The tracker unit identifies the exact table when it is placed on a table tracker dock as shown above. Each table has a dock and each dock can store a number of table tracker units. The tracker then wirelessly notifies the system of the exact location. It removes the delivery of cold food because the server knows exactly where the customer is seated. Table Tracker is similar to a CD in size and is less than 13mm thick. The tracker dock is the only item located on the table and does not use up much table space, but considerably reduces the cost of the solution compared to table tagging as our pro solution does. Table tracker uses RFID tags installed in to the dock. In fact, the sensor in the dock is not visible to your guests at all.

We have two types of this low cost solution - one based on a CS6 pager and an alternative based on our CS7 pagers.
The basic difference between these two solutions is that the CS7 solution can locate a customer by zone and the cs6 does not.
The CS7 is a digital device that can be set up in such a way that it can flash with different colours e.g. red, green, blue, white and multicolored. Firstly the CS7 is set up by 'zone' to flash with a specific colour for that zone. This solution is NOT used to recall customers but for runners or servers to locate the table by zone.
Here's how it works: Ask the customer which 'zone' area he will be seated in and issue him with a CS7 with the colour for that 'zone'. Make a note of the CS7 number. The pager will have instructions similar to the above pager that instructs the customer to place the pager on his chosen table. When its time to deliver the food simply page the CS7 pager and take the food to the designated area. You will see the CS7 flashing on his table and its a simple matter to deliver the food and collect the CS7.
Even if there is more than one CS7 flashing in a particular zone this method will still substantially reduce the delivery times of the food to the customer - and at an incredibly low price for the system compared to others. The gain for the restaurant will be many fold. Customers will get hot food quickly, service levels will increase and customers will return in future.
Obviously this solution is aimed at fast casual restaurants with forty tables or less because for true tracking you will need our Table Tracker system.
Other benefits include that if you ever change from table delivery from take to table the CS7 system can easily be reconfigured to recall customers.

Our CS6 is also a digital device that can be set up similarly to the CS7. However the CS6 is just one colour. This solution is NOT used to recall customers but for runners or servers to locate the table. It is still possible to use the 'zone' method as described for the CS7 but without differentiation of colours by zone.
Here's how it works: If using the zone method then ask the customer which 'zone' area he will be seated in and issue him with a CS6. Make a note of the CS6 number. The pager will have instructions similar to the above CS7 pager that instructs the customer to place the pager on his chosen table. When its time to deliver the food simply page the CS6 pager and take the food to the designated zone. You will see the CS7 flashing on his table and its a simple matter to deliver the food and collect the CS6.
Even if there is more than one CS6 flashing in a particular zone this method will still substantially reduce the delivery times of the food to the customer - and at an incredibly low price for the system compared to others. The simplest way to make CS6 solution work is to page one CS6 at a time and deliver immediately to the flashing CS6. The gain for the restaurant will be many fold. Customers will get hot food quickly, service levels will increase and customers will return in future.
