Restaurant Server Pager Systems
Our lowest cost waiter pager system comprises of the T9561EZ
transmitter and our SP4 waiter pagers. This robust solution is used
everywhere! It's a favourite waiter pager solution because the overall
cost per system is low, while the quality and range is second to none;
and you can have multi-transmitters, kitchen, bar, front of house no
problem.
Improve those communications between the kitchen and servers or runners
and you will increase the profitability of your restaurant. The reduced

How it works: the transmitter is placed in the kitchen for the chef.
Waiters each have a pager and their names and pager numbers are written
on the attached board. When its time to call a staff member the chef
simply presses the corresponding button and the server is messaged to
collect the food.
Pagers will operate for up to 48 hours on one charge and the
transmitter can be either mains or powered by the rechargeable internal
battery - which lasts for up to eight hours of continuous use. We also
can supply leather protective cases that help to stop damage to the

High Powered Staff Pager Systems
Our premiere stand alone staff pager solution includes the TX7471
series transmitter with a massive two miles range in open air. But one
of the great things about this system is that it can also send text
messages to our pagers (selected models) so if you have staff that need
a message it's no problem.
The system can page an individual, a group or everyone and the pager
limit is 9999 so you will never outgrow this solution. All LRS pagers
can be used with the 'TX7471' transmitter. There are 76 pre-stored and 22 custom messages facility internally
for fast messaging.
This solution is a mains operation only.
How it works: When you need to message staff simply press a number
corresponding to their pager number, either tap in a message or use one
of the pre-stored messages and press enter. Staff will receive the
message instantly. Obviously there are far more features to this system

New technology is implemented that can enhance this
system dramatically and be aware that the transmitter can also page
customer CS6, CS7 and all CS8 series pagers so customer or patient pagers
can also be used in a 'dual role'

How to recall someone is easy. Depending on which transmitter is used
(best with TX7471 transmitter) you can enter an ad-hock message or send a predefined message to
instruct them to either return or in the
case of a truck which loading bay they need to go to - or even recall
someone back to you.
This pager works with a number of transmitters including our TX-7471
and TX-9561MT transmitters designed specifically for this task. Range is
up to two miles depending on transmitter choice.
And as shown, as of January 2026 the brand new Vibe+ alphanumeric
rechargeable text messaging pager is released. It's fully compatible
with all LRS systems and supports group paging and has many more
features that other messaging pagers just don't have, like colour

Staff Attack Prevention and Solutions
Our Pronto shown above is a very small discreet unit that has 6
button fully programmable to any message you need. It can work on mains
or battery and in battery power can be easily moved around. Some
customers use these for example under a table so that while it's out of
sight, it can easily be operated in the case of a staff attack or other
security issue.
The pronto features our 'swipe technology' that allows re-paging
teams and is a very useful feature of this device in any situation where
multiple staff could attend.
The unit has an auto repage option that can repage until the call has
been handled.
How it works: when a button is pressed the necessary staff are messaged
- whether one or multiple attendees -
usually all response staff. The pronto will repage if no one arrives. The
first free member of staff arrives and they simply 'swipes' their
alphanumeric pager over the front of the unit which then generates an
automatic message to staff to confirm that the call has been
satisfactorily handled. If it is not cancelled other team members will
continue to arrive.
